You Don’t Need A Passport To “See The World”

I hate the word wanderlust. It’s right up there with ‘moist’ as words in the English language that shouldn’t exist. But, it’s a thing now. It’s so much of a thing that there’s entire communities dedicated to it. I can appreciate that traveling the world has become encouraged to people who may not otherwise give it much thought. I like seeing young black men and women step out of their zones and leaving the places they call home to see the world.

However, I don’t feel extreme budgeting (as is often recommended when people ask “how did you do it?”) is necessary for “wanderlust”. Read the rest at my page on Medium.
