In a world where the United States is the second ranked country with the most overweight people, it comes as no shock that we have little interest in fitness and maintaining good health. With respect to relationships, it’s almost expected that you’re going to gain some weight and develop habits that aren’t favorable to your health. Between eating out for date nights and the balancing act of work and love, many people experience weight gain after a few years. On the surface, you’re comfortable with your new partner. It gets to the point where you know that he/she loves you for you. Therefore, a few pounds isn’t a big deal to them. The other reason is people simply get comfortable. Once you’ve attached a title to your situationship, you slack on the upkeep you maintained while you were being bait. That doesn’t have to be the case, though.
